HALEY's MEDICAL EXAM

Remember how mad Haley was at her "papa" yesterday when they flew from Hefei to Guangzhou?! She wouldn't look at him! What a stubborn little stinker!! Carli on the other hand....she was just "chillin"!!!

Today (Saturday) was Haley's medical exam. The doctor said we would need to have Haley's hearing tested when she gets home (of course), but it was his opinion that Haley could hear "very little". Haley has her first doctor's appointment here in the U.S. on August 22nd.

Check out Haley's hair!! My HUSBAND fixed it today!! I was very pleasantly surprised!! Great job, Michael!!!!

Connie (their guide in China) helped Michael complete all of the paperwork for the Consulate appointment on Monday morning. She said everything looked to be in good order. So, everyone keep your fingers crossed that all goes well on Monday morning!!

I think it's funny that Haley wears ALL of her jewelry at once! And she LOVES her sunglasses! She's such a little "diva"!!

I'm going to have him go back to the gift shop tomorrow and buy one of the knitted dolls ($16.50 US) to put in Haley's "adoption keepsake box"!
