We were told that it is 99% confirmed that our Consulate appointment will be on August 11th! It is only 99% confirmed because they received "verbal" confirmation of the appointment and not "electronic" confirmation! WHATEVER!!! 99% is good enough for me!! So, my husband and Carli will be leaving on August 1st! Gotcha Day will be on Monday, August 4th!

I hope she IS wearing that outfit on Gotcha Day...that way you'll get to keep it!! It doesn't matter if she's wearing a paper sack at this point...she's your gorgeous daughter and she's finally COMING HOME!!!!

Great news about the CA. And your Gotcha is on Annie's 7th birthday. The outfit thing is kind of funny- I think it's because they care enough about her to make sure she looks really cute all the time! We have pictures of Jack from summer 2007 and summer 2008 and he's wearing the same shirt in both!
